In the latest issue Professor Maurizio Cutolo once again contributes an excellent paper on Rheumatoid Arthritis, this time concentrating on chronotherapy. The special focus of this issue is on lupus and Professors Ioana Moldovan and Emmanuel Katsaros provide a fascinating insight into recent developments on treatment of the disease. Another subject of great interest is trauma-related septic arthritis - literature on post traumatic cases is reviewed and discussed in detail by Professor Hoffmeyer and colleagues from the University of Geneva Hospitals.
